01 - Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
02 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts and mixture shimmers.
03 - Add chicken in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until just cooked through.
04 - Add minced garlic and remaining 2 tablespoons butter to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until garlic is fragrant and butter is melted.
05 - Stir in fresh parsley until evenly coated, then immediately remove from heat to prevent garlic from burning.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired. Serve while hot.
