# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened

→ Fruits

02 - 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
04 - ½ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

→ Liquids

05 - ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

→ Add-ins (optional)

06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
07 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, to taste
08 - Ice cubes, if desired

# Directions:

01 - Add Greek yogurt, banana, spinach, pineapple, and almond milk to blender container.
02 - Include chia seeds, honey, and ice cubes if using.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
04 - Test consistency and sweetness, adding more honey if desired.
