# What You'll Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-12 inch diameter)

→ Pizza Filling

02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz)
04 - ½ cup sliced pepperoni or ½ cup sliced mushrooms for vegetarian option
05 - ½ cup chopped bell peppers
06 - ¼ cup sliced black olives
07 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano
09 - ½ tsp garlic powder

→ Topping & Finishing

10 - Olive oil spray or 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
11 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
12 - Fresh basil leaves (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F.
02 - Lay out flour tortillas on flat surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce in center of each, leaving 1-inch border clear around edges.
03 - Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly among tortillas. Top with pepperoni or mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder.
04 - Fold left and right edges of each tortilla inward toward center. Roll from bottom edge upward to create tight burrito, ensuring filling is completely enclosed.
05 - Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil on all sides for even browning.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven method, or arrange in single layer in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
07 - Oven method: Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Air fryer method: Cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until exterior is crisp and lightly browned.
08 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
